Cheerleaders Of America through TMCI.NET
POINT specified, designed, developed and deployed a large scale, heavily interfaced Intranet appliciation providing customer relationship management and event scheduling, billing and reporting processes for the Competition and Camp portions of COA's business model. This was an ASP.NET 1.1 application on SQL Server 2000.
Ohio Charter School Association, through TMCI.Net
POINT built the (currently defunct OCSA web. This ASP.NET site is a complete business model for the organization, handling their Annual Conference registration, member database, accounting, content distribution and communication. Graphics by YoungIsaac, reports by Greg McNamara.
The Institute for Near Eastern Archaeology and Biblical Studies
MOBA, or the Museum Of Biblical Archaeology (as it once was called) is one of the most innovative sites I have dealt with in a long time. An ASP.NET site, it features graphics by Bethany Rutter, Flash by Chris Mack, and an amazing array of really old artifacts. Oldest new stuff on the Web. Design considerations include a comprehensive collection browser, virtual tour and a really cool design.
CORSA, through TMCI.Net
The CORSA web at www.corsa.org is a straightforward client-maintained web that primarily offers secure content control and communication to members. It features dynamic navigation, and a FrontPage friendly design.
Highlights for Children, through Paros Business Partners
In a twist of fate, POINT ended up contracting to architect and help build a Data Transformation Services solution for the telesales department at Highlights for Children. This unique problem involved a fault-tolerant application that moved data from a mainframe system to a SQL 2000 system, through a DOS system, and back again. Complete reporting and notification was required as part of the project. To many hands in this pot to mention here, but I'll tell you that the design document is 145 pages long.
Brian Killigrew
BrianKilligrew.com is one of the most interesting and fun sites I have built in a while. Client designed and hosted, the problems were primarily design related, not programming. It is on a very basic UNIX server with no SSI and limited Perl, so only VERY simple CGI could be used. Fortunately the content speaks for itself.
Wrox Press
As a member of Wrox's .Net author team, I am a coauthor of Professional VB .Net and Professional ASP .Net Web Services. Check them out!

Unbound is a turn based strategy game played entirely online, and I am writing the gaming engine for the app. The premise is that any genre of game can be loaded onto the engine, and it will work with the mapping tools, turn entry form and user interface.

For Sugar Creek, I worked three projects - an n-tier warehouse management application (complete with RF panels), a simple costing calculator for standard costs, and new ADSI-based security for their intranet.
PurchasingFirst, through Paros Business Partners
I served a variety of roles for this Supply Chain Management company. As a User Interface Specialist, Bill worked with the Application Development Team using JavaScript and VBScript along with Windows DNA COM+ components to create a number of features to improve user experience on the company’s web application. As a web designer, I worked with a graphics specialist and the Senior VP of Marketing to create a template-driven site that was reused for a number of vertical marketing channels. In the role of Internet Strategist, I worked directly under the CIO to improve the organization’s online marketing efforts. Finally, again in the User Interface Specialist role, I redesigned the client’s legacy web application to meet today’s design standards, improving the product mix offering to customers.
Bank One, through Paros Business Partners
The Individual Production Log project is a series of applications that track the processing of various fiduciary elements by an organization of around 400 employees. The purpose of tracking this production is to further enhance the staffing of the department, and determine best practices as regards to training and intradepartmental talent loans.
My role in this project was twofold – first, as a business-modeling specialist and second, as a Internet Application Designer. Working in a homogeneous Microsoft environment, Bill made heavy use of his knowledge of VBScript, JavaScript, ADO, RDS and MTS to bring this project to its successful conclusion. There were several code reviews on this project on many different portions of the code by experienced Banking personnel.
