POINT began as a concept for a retail store. Not a concept for any particular product or clientele, just a concept of how best to serve people that have a problem which they need to solve.

We feel that too few people that consider themselves part of the service industry actually provide service.

POINT is all about fixing that.

The people involved in POINT have experience in the music, law, finance, technology, marketing, education and retail industries. We firmly believe that we have created a new way to solve people's problems in Business, and it involves computers.

You see, computers keep track of information better than they do anything else, except maybe solve math problems. We have found that many in the business world have a lot of information to track. Seems like an obvious connection, hmm?

What really surprised us is how many so called 'programmers' and 'designers' of computer applications seem to forget that computers are for people to use, not learn about or look at. We set about to change that paradigm.

Many in the Information technology industry spend eighty percent of their time focused internally and twenty percent focused on their clients. POINT doesn't do that. We are here to work for people, not entertain ourselves.

The bottom line is, if you need problems in your business solved, we are most likely the firm to help you. If we're not, we will just tell you. See, isn't this the way to do business? We're getting along already.
